Josh Chandler has won awards for his work in the industry he loves, and he is always researching and developing opportunities to expand that legacy.
PILOT POINT, TX, October 18, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Josh Chandler has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Leadership is something we recognize early in life when surrounded by great role models. Each of us develops our character due to the nature of our environment and then further reinforced by the nurture of those around us; each instilling their set of values, ethics, and morals. Many believe that our legacy is to polish those virtues within our own lives, and by proxy, be a role model to the next generation. Josh Chandler is the embodiment of an innovative and cutting edge work ethic combined with traditional wholesome family values. He carries on what he learned from his family, and adds his own unique touch to what he hopes to nurture into the very lives of his own three children. There is a lot that many can learn, from both his methods and that of his accomplishments; which he attributes to his own parents being his role models.
Josh Chandler is currently the CEO (since 2014) of CHANDLER CABINETS, a company his father and role model successfully developed many years before Mr. Chandler received his formal education from Tarleton State University. He has won awards for his work in the industry he loves, and he is always researching and developing opportunities to expand that legacy. Mr. Chandler's choices in life have consistently been about continued education; choices that currently can be attributed to the company's visible success. It all began when he learned the art and expertise of CAD drafting and design at Tarleton State. He put that ever-evolving option to good use directly after university by taking the design and presentation aspects of Chandler Cabinets to the next level, and has helped his family grow the company from 10 to over 260 employees. He loves the family business, working hand in hand with his own brother, the Chief Operations Officer (COO), Coby Chandler.
Chandler Cabinets is something to talk about in its own right, but to understand that growth we should go back to the beginning. It was in Mr. Chandler's youth, when a young Josh learned the best parts of his character from his parents; as there is not a formal school for dedication and hard work. His mother also brought an empathetic and family touch to his upbringing, and her influence was represented best in the way that she showed him the values of kindness and generosity; where giving time to family and community really achieves the greater things in life. As a Christian family man, these values are very important to how he spends time with his own two sons, Josh and Jett, and how he shows his three year old daughter, Victoria, all about the importance of chivalry.
Besides running a company, being a real estate investor, and developing new projects as an entrepreneur, he somehow also finds time to give to multiple charities, such as: Emmitt Smith Charity, Maingate Organization, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. To better his leadership skills and learn from his peers, he has been involved with groups such as Vistage (CEO Network/Executive Coaching), and is currently an active member of Tiger 21. He is always eager to add to his education with courses such as the Thayer Leadership Development training at West Point Academy, and Finance and Accounting at the SMU Cox School of Business. He understands that true leaders are always seeking to learn and discover better ways to both approach people and new challenges. By example, Josh Chandler proves that you can be both innovative and evolutionary; demonstrating how to successfully run a company, develop new opportunities, while always maintaining his family values.
