Jack Richeson was Broker In Charge for various large real estate franchise companies over the course of more than four decades before retiring.
AIEA, HI, October 29, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jack Richeson has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Richeson earned a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from the University of Hawaii in 1973 before starting a career in real estate. Born in Korea, he was found during wartime, naked and alone in the snow, by a sergeant who found him and carried him back to his Army camp. For seven years, he was raised at the aforementioned camp before his parents came to Korea from Indiana to adopt him. In fact, the government of Korea was about to stop letting children out of the country, so the first president of Korea, Syngman Rhee, had to sign off on his release to the United States.
A member of the Ala Moana Shopping Center Merchants Association, Mr. Richeson had accrued 10 years of practiced experience in real estate by the time he graduated college. Upon his commencement from college, he was invited to join the management of Ala Moana Shopping Center, which was the largest shopping center in the United States at the time. Despite having the opportunity, Mr. Richeson turned down the position because he didn't want to work for anyone.
Subsequently, Mr. Richeson married in 1971 and sought out new business opportunities. He was Broker In Charge for various large real estate franchise companies over the course of more than four decades before retiring. For his professional excellence, he was a Certified Residential Broker, a Certified Residential Specialist, and awarded the Emeritus. Looking toward the future, Mr. Richeson intends to spend more time with his grandchildren, as well as travel.
