Mr. Sass is officer and director of Huntleigh USA, and general counsel and director of ICTS International, a major airport security company in Europe and Israel.
Prior to becoming an esteemed lawyer, Mr. Sass pursued higher education with a Bachelor of Arts in history from Ithaca College in 1957 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Temple University in 1960. He earned a Master of Law in taxation from the New York University School of Law in 1965. Mr. Sass was permitted to practice law by the New York State Bar Association in 1960, the Supreme Court of the United States in 1972, and the State Bar of Texas in 2018.
A civic-minded professional, Mr. Sass volunteered in his field and community. He served on the board of trustees of Ithaca College from 1981 to 2001, and vice chair from 1994 to 2001. He also served as a director of TCI College of Technology. He is currently an Honorary Trustee of Ithaca College. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mr. Sass remains informed of the changes and advancements in his industry through relevant organizations, including the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Texas Bar Association.
Mr. Sass is proud to have served a number of corporations as a lawyer. In light of his many achievements in the field, he has received a number of awards and accolades throughout his career. Furthermore, he earned a certificate from the University of Oxford on 17th-century constitutional history. He was nominated as a Top Lawyer in the New York area by New York Magazine in 2018.
