With nearly three decades of professional experience to his credit, Mr. Jenne led a successful career as an instructor with Baltimore County Public Schools in Towson, from 1970 until his retirement in 1999. During this time, he also contributed as a designer of the computer learning center within Baltimore County Public Schools in 1986. Prior to the start of his career, he pursued a formal education at the Towson University in Maryland, earning a Bachelor of Science in 1970. Soon thereafter, Mr. Jenne secured a Master of Education from Western Maryland College in 1973. In a career filled with highlights, he was gratified to be named "Teacher of the Year," by the Parent Teacher Association of the Baltimore County Public Schools, with the proud support of his wife, Linda Louise Morris.
Civically, Mr. Jenne served in the United States Marine Corps, where he achieved the rank of a corporal between 1961 to 1965. In the past, he contributed as the president of the St. Matthews Church Council in Pleasant Valley, and as a layperson for the Kirkridge A.R.P. Reformed Presbyterian Church fellowship from 1994 to 1996. A published author in the field, Mr.Jenne's creative works include the "Computer Utilization of T.G.," and "Read, Study, Think...Comprehension."
Mr. Jenne served in the United States Marine Corps (Aug. 1st,1 961 – July 21st, 1965). His military education includes Motor Vehicle Operator Course (9th March 1962), Radio Electronics School (6th Dec. 1962) and Radio Relay Repairman (14th May 1963).
To remain aware of developments in the industry, Mr. Jenne has maintained affiliation with the State of Maryland International Reading Association, and the Marine Corp League. An exceptional Marquis listee, he has been featured in numerous editions of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Education, and Who's Who in the East. Enjoying his retirement, Mr. Jenne likes wood working, photography, genealogy, and family history during his spare time.
