Mr. Narine began his career with Wachovia and held a number of increasingly responsible roles to include Small Business Banking Manager, Customer Experience Director, Retail Banking Director, and Community Bank President. Mr. Narine also worked for RBS Citizens Bank, holding the position of Regional Manager.
While embarking on his professional path, Mr. Narine pursued an education at Strayer University in Washington, D.C., earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1998. He concluded his academic efforts at the University of Phoenix in 2002, obtaining a Master's Degree in Organizational Management. He also accrued certificates in commercial banking and retail banking from the American Institute of Banking, successfully completed the Senior Leadership Development and Leadership EDGE Programs with BMO Financial Group, and received further training in the Retail Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership.
Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. Narine has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. A former board member for Junior Achievement from 2005 to 2010, for which he remains a strong supporter, he has contributed to the boards of The Valley of the Sun United Way and Teach for America since 2017. In light of his exceptional undertakings, he was recognized among the "People on the Move" by Chicago Business. In addition, Mr. Narine was notably presented with an Arizona Business Leader Award in 2018.
