Prior to these appointments, he accrued more than a decade of experience with Russell Stover Candies, excelling as a sales representative, a division manager and a national account manager between 2006 and 2017.

Knowing that he needed to build a resume of retail experience before applying for the positions he wanted with well-known and respected companies, he had hoped would begin a lifelong career in sales. He dedicated his efforts to becoming as strong of a salesperson as possible before applying to Russell Stover. With quality experience behind him, he interviewed well and informed the hiring manager that the job was something he viewed as a long-term commitment. Hired as a sales representative, Mr. Fenner earned a promotion to division manager with the company in just two years.
Mr. Fenner's ascent and dedication to his craft has generated widespread recognition. He has been praised in The Griffin Report of the Northeast in 2015, when he was named among the 40 under 40 Top Rising Leaders in the Grocery Industry. Mr. Fenner plans to continue excelling in his field, hoping to obtain a regional manager position or as supervisor of the entire department.
