Mr. Reda attributes his success to being involved in his community, as he is an active member of ACCESS, Chamber of Commerce, Project Dignity and Hype Athletics.
A leader in his industry, Mr. Reda is the co-author of the book "How to Sell 100 Cars in a Month" and a presenter at numerous seminars. In 2010, in the middle of his transition of dealerships, he encountered a trainer and life coach named Damion Boudreaux, whose seminars touched upon relationship-type selling. Working with him after a couple of years, Mr. Reda's business started to grow and he wanted to be able to give back.
On top of his record-breaking achievement, Mr. Reda has been the recipient of awards from the Arab American Chamber of Commerce. He additionally obtained a Senatorial and Congressional Certificate of Recognition, as well as a Special Tribute from the state of Michigan.
