Prior to these appointments, she worked at SandyPines Hospital in Tequesta, as an adolescent, child and family therapist from 1997 to 1999. Between 1995 and 1997, she provided her wealth of knowledge to the School District of Palm Beach County as a substitute teacher. During this time, Ms. Fiessinger was active with accounts payable and receivable with the Mobile Phone Company in Boca Raton from 1993 until 1997.
Previously, Ms. Fiessinger served as a sales manager and a store manager for the Cellular Trading Company in Miami from 1989 to 1993. She further flourished as a district administrator for Milner Business Products in West Palm Beach between 1988 and 1989. From 1986 until 1988, she held the position of the director of customer services in the state of Florida for Cellular One. Ms. Fiessinger began her career as a customer service manager for Intercom Information Systems between 1983 and 1986.
Initially, Ms. Fiessinger pursued an education at Palm Beach Community College, earning an Associate of Arts in 1993. She continued her academic efforts with a Bachelor of Arts at Florida Atlantic University in 1995. She concluded her studies at Nova Southeastern University, obtaining a Master of Science in psychology in 1997 and a specialist in school psychology degree in 2006. In addition to these accomplishments, Ms. Fiessinger has been licensed as a National Certified Counselor.
Beyond her responsibilities within the field, Ms. Fiessinger has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles. She has contributed to the board of directors for Miracle House since 2013 and Kid Sanctuary since 2006. She has also held a number of roles with Vacation Village in Clermont as the vice president in 1994, the president in 1995 and a member of the board of directors in 1996. Ms. Fiessinger found success with her philanthropic work as well, dedicating her time and resources as a counselor for the Catholic Charities Birth line and Lifeline Program from 1993 to 1997 and both the coordinator and the head of Eucharistic ministers at the Cathedral of Saint Ignatius Loyola since 1995.
Furthermore, Ms. Fiessinger remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. An associate member of the American Psychological Association, she has maintained her involvement with the National Association of School Psychologists and the Florida Association of School Psychologists. Moreover, Ms. Fiessinger is a member of the American Counseling Association and the American Mental Health Counselors Association.
In light of her exceptional undertakings, Ms. Fiessinger was selected for inclusion in multiple editions of Who's Who in American Education and Who's Who of American Women.
