From 1979 to 1981, Mr. Meter began his career as an assistant prosecutor of Saginaw County, Michigan. He subsequently found success as a partner of Braun Kendrick Finkbeiner PLC in 1986, eventually ascending to the post of the chairman of the firm's litigation department in 2003. Specializing in arson and property-related fraud, Mr. Meter has contributed his professional expertise to the Michigan Department of State Police as an instructor for advanced fire investigators.
