Mr. Richardson has contributed on the board of directors for Child & Family Charities. He is additionally active as a CIT Council participant at Lansing Community College. A member of BNI Okemos, the Mason Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Richardson has further flourished as a widely recognized member of the local business community.
Mr. Richardson attributes his success to his team at Doberman Technologies and their instrumental support. Moreover, he credits his son, Desmond, for being his greatest motivation. He further cites his mentor, Israel Lang, as a key figure for helping him grow and reach the success he has today.
