Born in Jordan, Mr. Fakhoury lived in several communities after immigrating to the U.S. with his family. As Managing Director, he has helped clients in numerous industries to acquire and to retain the best and brightest business professionals for their workforce. Mr. Fakhoury earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and business economics from Wayne State University in 1989, after which he earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence in international law from Michigan State University in 1993. He was subsequently admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He retains his professional affiliation with the international law section of the State Bar of Michigan, the Alliance of Business Immigration Lawyers, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Devoted to his community, he has also contributed as a co-founder and member of Global Detroit, a non-profit corporation that aims to welcome immigrants, internationals, and foreign trade to southeast Michigan, as well as a supporter of the FBI Citizens Academy, Save the Children, and Sarah's House.
In light of his inimitable expertise, Mr. Fakhoury has contributed to a number of publications, including The PERM Book, The Immigration Practitioner's Guide to U.S. Export Control Regulations, USCIS Immigration Procedures and U.S. State Department Consular Processes and various professional journals. A prolific writer, Mr. Fakhoury has likewise presented publications on behalf of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
In addition, he has organized immigration informational sessions and webinars for businesses, universities and other stakeholders around the world.
