Established in 1966, the franchise is headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, and provides such services as cleanup and repair for residential and commercial properties incurred due to water, fire, mold, storm and other disasters. She is one of more than 300 independently owned and operated franchise owners across the U.S. and Canada and her employees are certified in the areas of emergency restoration, reconstruction and remodeling. Prior to owning her franchise, Ms. D'Anniballe worked in banking, beginning as a credit manager for Kabat Distributing Company in 1973 and subsequently with Ohio Citizens Bank between 1980 and 1985, whereupon she concluded her career in the industry as a mortgage banking officer.
Leading numerous community initiatives throughout her career in Toledo, Ms. D'Anniballe has provided her time as a volunteer with the United Way and the Junior Achievement and served on the board of directors of the Voluntary Action Center. She has also been instrumental with the Better Business Bureau, having found success on the board of directors, as an executive board member, chairman of the board and, since 2009, as a member of the foundation board. In recent years, Ms. D'Anniballe also worked as a member of the financial committee for Our Lady of Lourdes between 2000 and 2016.
Aligned with several professional organizations, Ms. D'Anniballe has maintained activity on the board of directors and as president of the National Association Credit Management. She was notably named Credit Person of the Year in 1982 and Credit Executive of the Year in 1987 by the Association. Among other memberships, Ms. D'Anniballe is a former executive board of directors, vice president and president of the Holland-Springfield Chamber of Commerce, the past president of the Paul Davis Restoration Franchisee Association and a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. D'Anniballe holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toledo since 1973. She is certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.
