Three years later, he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Georgetown University Law Center. Subsequently, he was admitted to practice through the California and Virginia Bar Associations, the District of Columbia Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. In order to remain aware of changes in the field, he aligned himself with the Labor and Employment Law Section of the State Bar of California, the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and the International Academy of Mediators.
With a plethora of knowledge at his disposal, Mr. Rudy has written and co-written for several publications, including "Wrongful Employment Termination Practice" for California Continuing Education of the Bar in 1981. He has also spoken at numerous conferences regarding employment law, class actions lawsuits and alternative dispute resolution issues. For his professional accomplishments, he was honored as one of the Best Lawyers in America between 1991 and 2019 and as a Super Lawyer from 2004 to the present.
