Mr. Harper began his career in the restaurant business in a part-time capacity when he was a student at the Oklahoma State University, where he met the other co-owner of Inner Circle, Andy Cagle. Discovering his passion for hospitality, he fell in love with the industry soon thereafter and has no regrets in choosing this as his full-time vocation. Taking much satisfaction from the daily interaction between his staff and customers, Mr. Harper firmly believes that the restaurant and bar community can be very strong if team members work well with each other.
A member of the Tulsa Young Professionals Organization, Mr. Harper attributes his success to the amount of time he dedicated toward research and preparation before diving into the business. He additionally devoted a great deal of time in creating a brand tailor-made for the particular demographic that he wanted to reach and was meticulous of each detail going into the business, down to the location. Currently in the process of opening up Inner Circle Vodka Bar's second location in Springfield, Missouri, Mr. Harper hopes to have at least three or four more locations up and running in the years to come.
