Since 2015, Noah David Weisberg has been named to Coastal Virginia Magazine's Top 200 Lawyers and the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40.
NEWPORT NEWS, VA, February 07, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Noah David Weisberg, Esq., has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Weisberg has served as a distinguished lawyer at Weisberg and Weisberg, PLLC since 2008. A highly rated attorney through Avvo, he works with his wife, Amy, alongside whom he finds great satisfaction protecting and preserving the rights and goals of individuals in criminal, traffic, family and personal injury law. Before embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. Weisberg earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Michigan and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Pennsylvania State University's Dickinson School of Law in 2002.
Prior to his current role at his law firm, Mr. Weisberg was recruited by Moschel and Clancy, PLLC, to practice criminal and family law. At Moschel and Clancy, he gained valuable experience in representing individuals in serious criminal cases such as murder, robbery and felony driving under the influence of alcohol, as well as high asset divorces, contested custody disputes and adoptions. Over the course of his career, Mr. Weisberg has also served as a prosecutor at the Hampton Commonwealth Attorney's Office under the Honorable Linda D. Curtis and at the Newport News Commonwealth Attorney's Office under the Honorable Howard Gwynn. He has also found success as a lawyer for Patten, Wornom, Hatten, and Diamonstein, PC.
Mr. Weisberg is a member of the Virginia State Bar Association, Newport News Bar Association and the American Bar Association. From 2014 to 2016 he was named a Rising Star by Virginia Super Lawyers and is listed among the National Trial Lawyers Top 100. Additionally, since 2015, Mr. Weisberg has been named to Coastal Virginia Magazine's Top 200 Lawyers and the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40.
The son of a successful trial lawyer, and with three (3) siblings, Mr. Weisberg was raised in an environment of debate. In high school, he was awarded the David Ari Levitt award (Norfolk Academy) for intellectual curiosity, no doubt bestowed upon him for his constant and persistent debates in and out of the classroom. In college, no doubt also because of his never-ending appetite for healthy discourse, Noah was oft told that he was destined to become a lawyer, by his colleagues and professors alike. Mr. Weisberg's appreciation for healthy and spirited discourse, coupled with his commitment to helping his fellow humans drove him to become the lawyer that he is today.
Looking towards the future, he plans to continue to grow his firm and offer the perfect environment for other lawyers to also thrive in an industry that exists at the intersection of helping others while finding great reward for themselves.
