Mr. McCutcheon began his career at Sunrise Senior Living, where he excelled as the executive director from 1998 to 2005 and the regional director of operations from 2005 to 2008.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. McCutcheon pursued an education at Western Illinois University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in recreation therapy and a Master of Arts in gerontology. As a testament to his success and longevity in the field of seniors' housing, he has been a five-time recipient of the President's Club Award from Sunrise Senior Living. Amongst his many accomplishments throughout his career, Mr. McCutcheon has successfully and proudly opened nearly 15 new senior-living communities.
A board member of the Arizona Assisted Living Federation of America, Mr. McCutcheon remains active with Argentum, the nation's largest senior living association.
