Mr. Forster subsequently pursued an education at the University of Tennessee, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in marketing and supply chain management in 2014.
Throughout college, Mr. Forster worked in a number of bars and restaurants, landing on the leadership track at a successful restaurant group post college in Nashville, TN. After a series of events which led to him being passed over for a management opportunity, he pivoted his focus toward marketing and accepted a position as the director of corporate partnerships with Corporate Marketing Solutions in Nashville from 2014 to 2016. Flourishing as the vice president of business development in 2016, Mr. Forster has found success with the aforementioned company as the senior vice president since 2017 and was offered a partnership with the company in 2019.
Since 2014, Mr. Forster has helped with his family owned businesses, Star 129 Inc. and Diamond Outlet. He is an Eagle Scout as well as a member of Pi Kappa Alpha. He is active in Catholic charity initiatives, serving as a missionary to the Olancho Aid Foundation and helping the volunteers at Holy Family Catholic Church on a number of charitable events.
