During the earliest years of his career, Mr. Faessler worked as the director of the therapeutic foster home project for Children's Home Cincinnati and as a clinical instructor of psychiatric social work for the University of Cincinnati.
An expert in his field, Mr. Faessler initially earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Cincinnati in 1967. He subsequently graduated with a Master of Social Work from the Ohio State University in 1969. Additionally, Mr. Faessler obtained a certification in neurolinguistic programming.
Backed by his vast knowledge, Mr. Faessler authored such published works as "Family Ties: Resolving Conflict on Any Team Without War, Pain, or Loss."
