Debra Schindler hopes to expand operations to cover all 50 states.

She is responsible for accounting, training and hiring employees and subcontractors, while also managing the company's day to day operations. Ms. Schindler attributes her professional success to her determination and her faith in God. The highlight of Ms. Schindler's career was the opportunity to donate back a portion of her business to benefit Restore 180, a local recovery center for victims of domestic and relationship violence. A member of the Dallas Women's Association, Ms. Schindler remains active as a volunteer with the American Diabetes Association, who have presented her with multiple awards for her service.
