Ms. Philippe is renowned as a financial services executive with a career marked by more than 50 years of innovation in international business development. Initially earning a degree in Russian language from the School of Oriental Languages in Paris, she subsequently obtained a certificate in general literature studies at the University of Paris in 1966. In 1969, she graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the HECJF Paris Business School. Ms. Philippe concluded her studies with postgraduate coursework at Stanford University in the summer of 1975.
From 1972 to 1973, Ms. Philippe began her career as a research assistant for Business International Corporation, in their Paris office. She joined the Philippe group in November 1973, first as assistant to the director of research in Paris (Societe d'Analyses Economiques et Financieres, SAEF), then in New York (European American Economic Corporation, EAEC). The group had been founded by her grandfather, Raymond Philippe in 1931. She became President of EAEC in 1982, of SAEF in 1985 (until 1998). In 1981, she co-founded Philippe Investment Management which she has presided ever since (now called Fourpoints Asset Management).
She was managing director of Pan Holding SA (also founded in 1931 by Raymond Philippe) from 1981 to 1998. In 1998, she founded in Paris PIM Gestion France (which became Fourpoints Investment Managers in 2012), where she was President and CEO until September 2017. Ms. Philippe is the President of the Philippe Foundation, founded in 1953 by her parents Pierre and Anne-Marie Philippe, to promote the exchange of doctors and scientists between France and the U.S.A, in medical research. Ms. Philippe is a decorated member (chevalier) of the French National Order of Merit and of the French Legion of Honor
