Mr. Ackley is proud to have represented numerous victims of misconduct, as well as their families, with great success. He has fought for numerous verdicts and settlements over $1 million. Additionally, Mr. Ackley serves as a supervisor to third year law students at the University of Washington School of Law, representing the student community on a low cost basis.
Prior to his tenure with Stritmatter Kessler Koehler Moore, Mr. Ackley worked as the managing member of Ackley Law Group, PLLC from 2011 until 2015. Mr. Ackley is committed to continuing education and civil justice, through ongoing support and participation with the Washington State Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice and the Public Justice Foundation.
Mr. Ackley obtained a Bachelor of Arts in political science and geology from the University of Oregon and a Doctor of Jurisprudence in U.S. law from the University of Washington. Devoted to his community, he contributes to those in need as the chairman of the board of directors of a non-profit private school serving neuro-diverse students and a legislative steering committee member for the Washington State Association for Justice. In previous years, Mr. Ackley dedicated his attention and services to the Eastside Legal Assistance Program and the Mercer Island Youth and Family Services Foundation.
