Prior to his current post at Hinshaw & Culbertson, Mr. Denberg gained valuable experience of counsel with Michael Best & Friedrich and as a partner with Schwartz & Freeman. In the early years of his career, he established the firm of Bloom & Denberg, which later became Bloom, Denberg & Vanasco and Denberg, Vanasco and Shukovsky. Although he originally had dreams of going into show business, Mr. Denberg eventually pursued a career with a more solid footing and has never once regretted his decision.
An expert in her field, Mr. Denberg earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois in 1956 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from DePaul University College of Law in 1959. Subsequently, he was admitted to practice law before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. Mr. Denberg retains his professional affiliation with the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Associations, and the Illinois State Bank Association.
For his outstanding efforts in the legal field, Mr. Denberg has consistently been honored an AV Peer Review Rated Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
