Having accrued more than 20 years of inimitable professional experience in education, Ms. Pham has found success as the executive director and owner of Mary's Little Lambs Preschool in Bentonville, Arkansas since 2006. Particularly talented in the areas of in early childhood development education, intervention, curriculum development, administration and personal and professional leadership coaching, she has earned distinction for her expertise in the classroom and as a business professional. In addition to running her preschool, Ms. Pham has been a certified personal leadership effectiveness trainer and coach with Inseitz Group Women's Empowerment since 2016, and has served as the vice president of BH Pham Properties since 2015. Notable for her remarkable performance in many roles, she was named among the Best of the Best by Northwest Arkansas in 2019, 2018 and 2017.
Ms. Pham is supported by a Bachelor of Science in elementary education and teaching, a Master of Science in early childhood education and teaching and a Master of Education in educational leadership, all obtained from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville. She commenced her teaching career in 2000 at Fort Smith Public Schools where she taught for four years before spending the next year teaching at Springdale Public Schools. Ms. Pham is a member of the National Early Childhood Association, the Southern Early Childhood Association and the National Professional Women's Association.
Ms. Pham is a member on the advisory board for the Early Childhood Initiative Center. In accounting for her standout success, she credits her propensity for perseverance and an indelible desire to guide children to a more successful future.
