Subsequently, he obtained a Master of Engineering in paper coating from his alma mater. He concluded his academic efforts with a Doctor of Philosophy in information science from Chiba University. In order to remain aware of changes in the field, Dr. Jeong is affiliated with the Korea Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry, the Japanese Society of Printing Science and Technology, the Polymer Society of Korea and the Society of Polymer Science, Japan.
With a plethora of knowledge at his disposal, Dr. Jeong had participated in the Education Guidance Program for Youth with the National Research Foundation of Korea. Due to his professional achievements, he was presented with an Award Certificate from the Insatsu Choyokai Foundation and the Japanese Society of Printing Science and Technology in 2015.
