She initially pursued an education at Fisher College, graduating with an Associate of Science in 1962. She was notably drawn to her field due to her interest in business management as well as her desire to help others. Since the early 1960s, Ms. Mansur has focused on volunteer work and supporting local performing arts associations.
From 1962 to 1994, Ms. Mansur found much success as a medical office manager. Subsequently appointed as a group Practice Administrator in 1994, she further flourished as the president of Mansur Management in 1996. Additionally, Ms. Mansur had excelled as the Executive Director of a practice in Stonehand, Massachusetts, from 2008 to 2018.
In addition to her work in medical practice management, Ms. Mansur served as an instructor at Endicott College from 1991 to 1997, a tenure she considers to be the highlight of her career. She also worked as an advisor to the Northeast Metropolitan Regional Vocational School of Wakefield, Massachusetts, and has contributed on the board of directors of arts organizations including the Greater Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra. Furthermore, Ms. Mansur is a member of the National Association of Female Executives and the Rotary Club of Stoneham, Massachusetts. She was elected to the Board of Library Trustees of Stoneham, Massachusetts and served from 1982 to 1992.
