With 35 years of professional excellence in his field, Mr. Juhola works as an attorney in private practice, where he specializes in guardianship cases. He loves helping people in a direct way and has a knack for handling these types of cases with ease and sophistication. At the start of his career, he joined the Ohio Legal Center Institute as an assistant director. After eight years, Mr. Juhola transferred to Smith, Clark & Holzapfel as a staff attorney and gained valuable expertise in the field as the executive director of the Ohio division of the Professional Education System Inc.
Prior to embarking on his career, Mr. Juhola earned a Bachelor of Arts from Hiram College in Hiram, Ohio, in 1977. Obtaining a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Ohio State University in Columbus in 1980, he was licensed to practice law by the Ohio State Bar later that same year. Furthermore, Mr. Juhola was admitted to practice by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 1987 and by the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in 1992.
In order to remain abreast of developments in his field, Mr. Juhola maintains affiliation with the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association and the Worthington Estate Planning Council. An elected member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society, he was presented with an Award for Outstanding Pro Bono Service by the Columbus Bar Foundation in 2001. In light of all his accomplishments, he has also been featured in multiple editions of Who's Who in American and Who's Who of American Law. Looking toward the future, Mr. Juhola intends to experience continued success in his private practice.
