Shortly after graduating from technical college, Mr. Yencarelli discovered an aptitude for project management, and was hired by White Electrical, an Atlanta-based contracting firm, in 2005, becoming the 95 year old company's youngest-ever assistant project manager. He remained with the firm until 2010, when he joined Wayne J. Griffin Electric Incorporated. Swiftly ascending the ranks, he became a project manager of national operations for Guarantee Electrical Company in 2011, and a senior project manager for American Electrical Contracting, Incorporated, in 2012.
Mr. Yencarelli was appointed as the chief operating officer of American Electrical Contracting Incorporated, in 2016. Under his guidance, the company implemented new safety procedures that place the company at the forefront of occupational safety in the region. He is responsible for streamlining operations and for developing cost-reducing strategies to help ensure revenue growth for years to come. Mr. Yencarelli is a certified project management professional, and brings his wealth of knowledge and organizational strategies to the forefront of his role. Moreover, he hopes to be a resource for all members of the American Electrical Contracting team as the company grows.
To remain aware of developments affecting his field, Mr. Yencarelli has maintained his professional alignment with various pertinent organizations. To wit, he is a member of the Jacksonville Master Electricians Association, the Northeast Florida Builders Association, and served as the chair of the University of North Florida Construction Management Advisory Board.
