After accruing years of practiced legal experience, Mr. Vogel is semi-retired from his work as a lawyer, continuing to operate out of his private practice on a limited basis. He excelled as a partner with the firm which became known as Vogel, Heis & Wenstrup. Throughout his career, he has found success in general civil law, commercial law, landlord tenant law, and probate and estate administration law. In a career filled with highlights, Mr. Vogel is especially proud of staying the course and following in his father's footsteps to become a lawyer. He strove to honor the four I's: Integrity, Intelligence, Initiative and Industry in his life and legal practice.
A member of the Florida Bar and the Ohio Bar, Mr. Vogel initially pursued an education at Yale College, earning a Bachelor of Arts. He later concluded his studies with a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Harvard Law School, and while there served in the U.S. Army Reserve Officers Training Corps. In order to remain aware of changes in the field, Mr. Vogel is affiliated with the Cincinnati Bar Association, The Florida Bar and The Lawyers Club of Cincinnati.
During his spare time, Mr. Vogel has contributed his community through the Ohio Society of Colonial Wars, the Cincinnati Art Museum, the Cincinnati Historical Society, Keep Cincinnati Beautiful, Inc., Cincinnati Ballet, Cincinnati Yale Club, Yale Alumni Association, Harvard Club of Cincinnati, Harvard Law School Association of Cincinnati, Pro Seniors Inc, Cincinnatus Association, the English-Speaking Union, U.S. and Cincinnati Branch, and the Children's Heart Association. Since 2013, he has been a member of the Queen City Club, the oldest and most prestigious private club in Cincinnati, Ohio. Due to his excellence in the field, he was selected for inclusion in multiple editions of Who's Who in Finance and Industry, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in the West and Who's Who in American Law. Looking toward the future, Mr. Vogel intends to continue enjoying his partial retirement.
