An accomplished listee, Mr. Hyde celebrates many years' experience in his professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes he has accrued in his field. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Having accrued more than 35 years of expertise in the field of civil litigation, Mr. Hyde has garnered a laudable reputation as an attorney specialized in medical malpractice. He attended Missouri State University, graduating in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in agriculture, and hoped to enjoy a career in farming. He earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence at the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1984, and was admitted to practice law by the Missouri Bar during the same year. He is also licensed in Arkansas and actively practices there as well.
From 1984 until 1987, Mr. Hyde maintained activity as an associate of Harrison, Tucker and Giesler. Raised to the position of a partner of the firm in 1987, he would remain in practice with the firm until 1994, after which he formed the partnership of Hyde, Love and Overby LLP in 1995, following the retirement of his previous partners. Moreover, Mr. Hyde is a founding member and chairman of the board of The Bar Plan, an independent insurance company.
Eminently accomplished in his field, Mr. Hyde was elected as a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2004. Likewise, since 2010, he has been profiled extensively by Super Lawyers. To remain aware of developments in the field, Mr. Hyde has maintained his membership with the Arkansas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Missouri Bar Association. In 2004, Mr. Hyde was inducted as a Fellow in The American College of Trial Lawyers.
