From 1996 to 2001, Ms. Carlson flourished as a creative director for Avon Products.
While living in New York, Ms. Carlson was present for the 9/11 attacks, and was directly affected by the aftermath of the event. Deciding to take a year off, she relocated to Delaware, where she enrolled in a real estate course. Joining the real estate market during a thriving time, Ms. Carlson has excelled as a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty since 2016.
For her professional accomplishments in her career, Ms. Carlson previously received a double-gold medal. She maintains her professional affiliation with the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce. Civically, she volunteers with the Bethany Beach Cottage Tour and Habitat for Humanity.
