He currently serves his community through his private practice in Marianna, Florida where he has practiced since 1978. Mr. Wynn has been admitted to practice law in the state of Florida and has handled appeals before the First District Court of Appeal and the Florida Supreme Court. He is also licensed to practice in the Federal District Courts in the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida and before the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal. He also previously found success as an assistant public defender for forty-two years where he was the Chief Assistant Public Defender for all misdemeanor and criminal traffic cases in Jackson County, Florida. He was also one of the first panel trustees for the U.S. Trustees Office out of Atlanta. He handled Chapter 7 and 13 cases as a trustee from Tallahassee to Pensacola before devoting his full-time civil practice efforts to representing citizens and businesses in need of restructuring to remain in business as well as for those seeking a fresh start.

Civically, Mr. Wynn has been involved with several community organizations and institutions. He served as a director for the Jackson County Guidance Clinic, was one of the founders and served as President for many years with Dayspring Christian Academy Inc. He and his wife founded Bright Start Learning Center Inc., the first Christian multi-racial learning center in Jackson County, Florida. He is a member of the Marianna Rotary Club and Rivertown Community Church.
Mr. Wynn maintains his professional affiliation with the Florida Bar Association and the Panhandle Bar Association. He is also a member of the Commercial Law League of America. Professionally, he has been most proud to see more than 90% of his personal business reorganization cases earn confirmation. Personally, Mr. Wynn is grateful that his sons have grown up to be faithful, successful men with prosperous careers and happy marriages. He is practicing full time with his youngest son, Michael A. Wynn, who has become managing partner of the law firm. They have offices in Marianna and Panama City, FL and handle cases across north Florida.
