Sheri Barrett Baden was a kindergarten teacher at the All Saints Episcopal School in Beaumont, Texas, for over 40 years.

She was hired by the All Saints Episcopal School in 1973.
In retirement, Ms. Baden remains active with various volunteer efforts. As a parishioner at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, she often cooks for the homeless people within the community. She is also a life member of the Tri-Agency Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association in Beaumont, a volunteer group that supports local law enforcement. Furthermore, Ms. Baden is a secretary of the Southeast Texas Hike and Bike Coalition, which focuses its efforts on promoting a safe and fun environment for recreational bicyclists.
Attending college locally, Ms. Baden graduated from Lamar University in Beaumont, where she acquired a Bachelor of Science in elementary education. She has since held professional memberships with a number of organizations to help her to keep abreast of developments in her field. In particular, she has been actively engaged with both the National Association of Professional Women and the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International.
Recognized for her achievements in the classroom, Ms. Baden received several awards, including the National Kindergarten Teacher of the Year Award in 2005 and an Excellence Award from the Tri-Agency Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association in 2013. A celebrated Marquis listee, she has been cited in several editions of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World and Who's Who of American Women.
