After concluding his academic efforts, he proudly served his country to the rank of a lieutenant and law specialist in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve between 1965 and 1968. Mr. Jaffe has been admitted to practice law by the New Jersey, Louisiana and New York Bars, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Fifth Circuits, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and the Supreme Court of the United States.
