Having accrued over two decades of practical experience in hospitality and the management of various businesses, Ms. Graham has garnered a laudable reputation within the private club industry. It was for this reason, she was recruited to open Seven at Desert Mountain, becoming one of the first persons of color to manage a platinum club in the nation. After overseeing the construction she was also responsible for building the team that would set the stage for a record breaking open. A year later, Seven has been the recipient of several accolades both in the Valley and on the national level.
Prior to obtaining her current position, Ms. Graham gained valuable expertise in the field as the Director of Food & Beverage at Highland Country Club and as a Food & Beverage Supervisor before that, at Charlotte Country Club, both in her home state of North Carolina.
In an effort to remain apprised of the ever developing trends, and engagement within in her field, Ms. Graham is heavily involved within the Club Management Association of America. She volunteers as a mentor and is the Co-Chair of the Education Committee for the Southwest Chapter. Ms. Graham was honored as a Kendall Scholar at the 2020 CMAA World Conference; this accolade arrived upon the heels of her being named one of the top 26 club managers in the nation under the age of 40 in 2019.
