An expert in his field, Dr. Rapacki holds a Bachelor of Science in political science and a Master of Education in counseling from Northern Arizona University, which he earned in 1975 and 1985 respectively. He subsequently received a Doctor of Philosophy in natural medicine from Clayton College of Natural Medicine, as well as a postdoctoral diploma in forensic counseling and behavioral psychotherapy. Dr. Rapacki retains his professional alignment with the Association for Former Intelligence Officers, the Association for Threat Assessment Professionals, the Association of Security Industrial Specialists, the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association and the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts.
With a plethora of knowledge at his disposal, Dr. Rapacki authored the Amazon Kindle booklet "Our Forefathers Truly Appealed to Heaven" in 2019.
