Over the years, she has represented businesses and individuals in a wide variety of disputes relating to the Internet and technology, government contracts, commercial real estate and private schools in state and federal courts. Some of Ms. Dwyer's most notable cases have included arbitrating and negotiating a successful resolution for a well-known IT company in a dispute concerning government contracts before the U.S. Postal Service Board of Contract Appeals and obtaining summary dismissal of a defamation case against an Arizona resident in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland on jurisdictional grounds.
Before obtaining her current role, Ms. Dwyer gained valuable expertise in the field as an associate attorney between 2013 and 2018. During this time, she also worked in a similar role for Harris, Saint Laurent & Chaudhry LLP. Earlier in her career, she flourished as an attorney for Ifrah PLLC and Brodsky Renehan Pearlstein & Bouquet, an associate attorney for The McKeon Law Firm, a contract attorney with Delaney McKinney LLP and a law clerk for Stein Sperling. In pursuit of her aspirations, Ms. Dwyer earned a Bachelor of Science from the Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2007 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Ave Maria School of Law in 2010. Subsequently, she was admitted to practice law through the Virginia State Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar. Ms. Dwyer has additionally been admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, the U.S. District Court of Maryland, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Dedicated to her community, she volunteers as a guest lecturer for the Johns Hopkins University and as an instructional coach for the Special Olympics of Maryland. Looking toward the future, Ms. Dwyer aims to continue litigating.
