She subsequently managed enterprise accounts with Danka until 2008. In her 17 years with Danka, Ms. Marsoubian generated close to $100 million in net new revenue and was recognized as one of the top-selling U.S.-based sales executives and #2-sales executive globally.
In 2009, Ms. Marsoubian joined Canon Solutions America as a major account executive. In her four years with Canon, she amassed more than $10 million in new client revenue. Likewise, Ms. Marsoubian was noted as the company's top-selling U.S.-based sales executive in the New England market.
In 2013, Ms. Marsoubian accepted a position at an account executive for Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA, responsible for growing a newly created market with no existing leads. Despite operating under the terms of a non-compete agreement for her first year with the company, she was able to cultivate relationships with several Fortune 500 and 1000 companies, establishing her market as one of the most valuable in the network. She departed from Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA in 2016 to become a part of the sales team at New England Copy Specialists, with which she found success in a new sales territory with zero leads, this time focusing on growth in small and mid-sized accounts while crafting a strong company social media presence.
Since 2018, Ms. Marsoubian has excelled as the chief executive officer of We Make Differences, a proudly woman- and immigrant-owned outside sales management company with clients throughout the northeast United States. After overcoming decades of institutional challenges in her industry, including rampant sex discrimination and sexual harassment, she strives to set an example of strong and equitable leadership, including a charitable commitment to donate 10% of company profits to local charities.
