Before entering private practice, Mr. Pisani excelled as a senior attorney at U.S. Customs Headquarters in Washington, D.C., where he began in 1978. For more than 20 years, he assisted in the development and resolution of most major customs penalty cases. Mr. Pisani was also appointed as the principal agency spokesperson on the Customs Modernization Act.

In pursuit of his career in law, Mr. Pisani earned a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University in 1974. Subsequently, he graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence from American University's Washington College of Law. Mr. Pisani was admitted to practice law through the Florida Bar and the District of Columbia Bar, as well as the Court of International Trade, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
In recognition of his professional excellence, Mr. Pisani was presented with the Commissioner of Customs Award in 1983 and 1999. He additionally completed Harvard University's Senior Executive Fellows Program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government in 1991. Looking toward the future, Mr. Pisani aims to operate an enterprise that contributes to the restoration of America's manufacturing powerhouse.
