In his private practice, he specializes in various areas of law, including real estate law, wills and trusts, estate planning, probate, divorce law, powers of attorney, health care proxies, custody and visitation rights, criminal defense, personal injury, traffic violations and business formation. Apart from his work in private practice, he serves as the town justice for Webster, New York in Monroe County. Mr. DiSalvo remains aware of changes in the field through his affiliations with the Monroe County Bar Association, the Monroe County Magistrates Association and the New York State Magistrates Association.
An active member of his community, Mr. DiSalvo dedicates himself to the Webster Knights of Columbus and the Webster Chamber of Commerce during his spare time.
