Earlier in her career, Ms. Frieder gained valuable expertise as an instructor for the Florida Bar Exam Distinction Course at Western Michigan University's Cooley School of Law, for which she also served as a research and teaching assistant for appellate advocacy. During the 2000s, she honed her knowledge in marketing and business as a marketing associate for Wells Fargo, the co-owner of Paris's Café, and an account executive for the new sales division at CBS. Ms. Frieder began her career as a marketing and promotions intern for Clear Channel Outdoor Global.
Before her inaugural professional position, Ms. Frieder earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Ohio Northern University in 2003. She subsequently obtained a professional degree in broadcasting from the Ohio Center for Broadcasting in 2005 and both a Master of Business Administration and aMaster of Science in marketing from the University of Tampa in 2010. More recently, Ms. Frieder graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Western Michigan University's Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in 2015.
In order to remain aware of changes in the field, Ms. Frieder is affiliated with the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, and the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association. She is additionally licensed to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Likewise, Ms. Frieder contributes to her community through the American Heart Association, Wounded Warrior Project, Ronald McDonald House Charities and the Humane Society of Pinellas.
In light of her outstanding achievements, Ms. Frieder has been recognized numerous times, accruing the Dux Award and numerous Book Awards for Scholarly Writing and Personal & Professional Responsibility while in law school, the Tampa Real Estate Litigator of the Year Award through Legal Elite in 2017 and the Most Outstanding in Civil Litigation in Tampa Bay Award in 2018. She was additionally honored as the Leading Personal Injury Litigation Attorney of the Year in 2019. Additionally, her law school thesis on the "Ambiguity of Florida's Medical Marijuana Bill" was published in four medical and law journals and was cited among the top 10 most downloaded papers through the Social Science Research Network.
