A celebrated Marquis listee, David L. Carver has been highlighted in the 56th edition of Who's Who in America.

Mr. Carver has garnered a laudable reputation as an engineering project manager during his long career on behalf of Keystone Engineering Inc., an engineering consulting firm headquartered in Louisiana. Hired by the firm in 2019 to fill a challenging project engineering roll contract for Methanex, a company that makes methanol, he has accrued a wealth of expertise which spans more than more than 40 years in the field. Throughout the course of his renowned career, some of Mr. Carver's noteworthy roles have included a regional projects manager position with Louisiana for Boardwalk Pipeline between 2006 and 2019. He was also a project manager for W.S. Nelson Engineering in New Orleans, an engineering manager for Bayou Steel Corporation in LaPlace, Louisiana, and an engineering maintenance manager for Birmingham Steel in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Carver began his career with Inland Steel Company (now Ispat International) working as a maintenance supervisor and a project engineer of several capital projects.
Born in Independence, Missouri, Mr. Carver's father notably worked for a steel plant alongside his two brothers. Thus influenced in his decision to pursue a college degree after high school, the younger man was accepted to the University of Missouri, where he received a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering in 1977. Mr. Carver is also a certified as a professional engineer in the states of Mississippi and Alabama, as well as in pipeline inspection.
Among the roles Mr. Carver has accepted over the years, he was most proud of being responsible for planning large outages and projects, where he has been able to watch them unfold successfully. Being involved in a career that allows him to enjoy the fruits of his labor has been immensely satisfying.
