Drawing upon nearly 20 years of professional experience in the information technology field, Mr. Gabusi currently serves as a technical support representative for Altice USA. In this capacity he provides troubleshooting services to residential and business customers in which he resolves complex issues regarding email, internet, and phone services; this includes educating customers on Altice products and services. He has also been part of a special team which supported the Altice mobile cellular phone service.
In addition he has performed as liaison between QA, Development and support for business analysis activities. This includes the following business analysis activities: improved security procedures for changes to customers' accounts updated managed router software to facilitate ease of wireless connection created user guide for Altice mobile cellular service troubleshooting composed user and functional requirements for Altice mobile software used to store customers account information composed process flow diagrams, screen mockup diagrams and use cases for enhancements of managed router troubleshooting software.
Prior to his position with Altice in 2009, he gained valuable experience in the field as an information technology analyst for Columbus Delivery & Logistics, where he standardized user logins at workstations by updating the Active Directory database. In addition he also composed software requirements for a bar code web application, and reinstalled the windows operating system/company applications on multiple pcs. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gabusi worked as a consultant validation engineer for MyBiz Office between 2004 and 2005 where he designed installation and testing documents for a building management system.
Previously, Mr. Gabusi found success as a quality assurance validation engineer for Abbott Laboratories from 2001 to 2004. While there he used his expertise in the FDA guideline 21 CFR Part 11 to manage the effort of various software testing projects to include the composition of software requirements and change management documentation.
In pursuit of his aspirations, he earned a Bachelor of Engineering in engineering management from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1999. He also holds a certificate in Business Analysis endorsed by the International Institute of Business Analysis and the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification. Looking toward the future, Mr. Gabusi aims to become a business and quality analyst on a full-time basis in order to fully utilize his extensive professional background.
