Representing car crash victims against negligent drivers throughout the Southwest Florida area, Mr. Molandes has found success as a trial lawyer for Morgan & Morgan P.A. in Fort Myers since 2016. With practice areas in personal injury and premises liability, he notably received the Saint Thomas More Award in 2014 for excellence while in law school. Mr. Molandes has maintained his affiliation with the Florida Bar, and has been additionally active as an alumni board president for the Ave Maria School of Law.
Prior to his tenure with Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Molandes served as a law clerk for the Kremenchuker Law Firm in 2012 and a commercial litigation law clerk for Ross Lanier & Deifik from 2012 to 2013. Thereafter, he worked as an extern for Morgan & Morgan in 2013 before becoming an attorney for Wicker Smith, et. al. from 2014 to 2015. A former partner for Roppo Molandes, PLLC, from 2015 to 2017, Mr. Molandes intends to become a partner at his current firm in the immediate future.
To prepare for his exemplary career, Mr. Molandes initially enrolled at Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas, earning a Bachelor of Science in molecular biology, summa cum laude, in 2011. Finding that a career in law was well-suited for his skills, he relocated to Florida and concluded his studies at the Ave Maria School of Law, graduating in the top three of his class with a Doctor of Jurisprudence, summa cum laude, in 2014. Looking toward the future, he intends to experience the continued growth and success of his career, and notes that he would like to aid clients in obtaining a million dollar verdict. Likewise, Mr. Molandes hopes to participate on a Florida Bar committee and become board certified in trial law.
