An expert in technical quality management with additional experience in operations, finance, analytics, project management and end to end implementation, Ms. Gould has found success in a leadership position with MaxAttention Premium Engagements at SAP, at which she previously excelled as an S/4HANA Technical Quality Manager with Premium Engagements Value Assurance Delivery in 2016. Prior to her role at SAP, she worked as a youth group director and an educator at Temple Sholom in Broomall. She also worked there as a Hebrew tutor, teacher and religious school teacher. Ms. Gould retains her professional alignment with Phi Sigma Sigma and University alumni networks.
In 2010, Ms. Gould was enrolled at Widener University, where she was studying Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Subsequently, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial, Organizational and Developmental Psychology from West Chester University in fall 2015. Ms. Gould has additional obtained numerous certifications through SAP, including HANA, ADM and Leading Premium Engagements for Long-Term Customer Success.
Devoted to helping others, Ms. Gould contributes to numerous organizations both in the community, and at work. She volunteers for Habitat for Humanity, Diversity and Inclusion at SAP, and serves as a board member at her synagogue. In recognition of her accomplishments in the field, she has been presented with customer expansion awards, as well as manager/team appreciation awards throughout her time at SAP. Looking toward the future, Ms. Gould aims to become a Director, as well as pursue higher levels of leadership and management by beginning an MBA program in fall of 2020.
