During the early 1990s, Mr. Epstein completed a Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude and phi beta kappa from Hamilton College and a Doctor of Jurisprudence cum laude from the Harvard Law School. After graduating, he was admitted to practice through the New Jersey and New York State Bar Associations, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He aligns himself with the Bergen County Bar Association as a Past-President, co-chair of the civil practice committee and member of the bench bar committee. Mr. Epstein also sits on the board of governors, co-chair of the Amicus committee and member of the civil practice committee with the New Jersey Association of Justice. Mr. Epstein is also certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, serves on the Supreme Court Model Civil Jury Committee, and has presented and/or moderated many continuing legal education classes.
