Ms. Kelleher is an author and art historian who initially became interested in her field while translating from the German dictionary a passage about the late American impressionist painter, Lilian Westcott Hale. Interviewing her daughter who lived in Virginia and summered on Cape Ann, Massachusetts, Ms. Kelleher continued conducting sociological and art historical research over the years, including doing surveys and interviews of living artists, and eventually became a published author.
By the age of 24, Ms. Kelleher had authored her very first book, which she had independently researched and written. Titled "Enchantment: The Art and Life of Lilian Westcott Hale," it was the first book every written about the Boston artist, Lilian Westcott Hale. Later, Ms. Kelleher released "Unlikely Icon: The Art, Culture and Philosophy of Forest Hills Cemetery, Boston: A Nineteenth Century Symbol of American Values." Today, she is the author of seven documentary books, some of which include "The Fantasmagorical Feline Adventures of Little Miss Libby and the Mystery of the Rare Turquoise Blue Boston Trumpeter Swan" and "The Secrets of Willow Creek." "Unlikely Icon" was purchased for the Boston College Library, and "The Rose Upon the Trellis: William Faulkner's Lena Grove" was purchased for the Clark University Library. Her soon to be published book is "Sense, Sensibility and Sensation: The Marvelous Miniatures and Perfect Pastels of Laura Coombs Hills, America's Lyric Impressionist."
Ms. Kelleher first studied at the prestigious Wheaton College at the age of 16. She later received a Bachelor of Arts, with Distinction degree, from Simmons University. Graduating in the top five percent of her class, she majored in sociology, economics and art history. She later completed postgraduate studies in art history at Boston University and earned a Master of Arts in English at Clark University in 2014, where she was the recipient of a full scholarship. Recently, Ms. Kelleher studied business administration at Worcester State University and is currently enrolled there in a Master of Science Degree in Management. She was also accepted to study at Clark University's Graduate School of Management, having received its Clark Alumni Scholarship.
Born in Worcester, Ms. Kelleher is the niece of the late Hollywood producer Paul W. Keyes. She is likewise a member of the John Simmons Society. A celebrated Marquis listee, Ms. Kelleher has been featured in Who's Who in Entertainment, Who's Who in the East, Who's Who in the World and Who's Who of American Women.
