Mrs. Imaobong G. Ottong is presently the esteemed Practice Manager at Bishop Medical PC, a private family practice clinic in New York. Mrs. Ottong holds a BA degree in Communications Arts from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, of Nigeria. In 2015 she graduated with the highest honor, receiving her Master of Management from Cambridge College, Springfield, Massachusetts, and subsequently was inducted into Sigma Beta Delta International honor society.
Her insatiable desire to positively touch lives is being fulfilled with the pursuit of her career in Healthcare Management. It has also accorded her the great joy of working alongside her husband, Dr Samuel Ottong, a primary care physician in the community. The Christian upbringing and educational foundation by her parents Mr. and Mrs. John Onuntuei certainly enabled her and her four sisters to become the women they are today.
In addition to Blessings from God, and dedicated smart work, Mrs. Ottong also wants to attribute her success to the support from her beloved husband, Dr. Samuel Ottong, and the contributions from her children. She would also like to thank all her great teachers from primary school to graduate school.
As Imaobong Ottong serves the needs of the community she hopes to establish herself as a beacon of strong womanhood, while striving to support other women seeking independence in the pursuit of higher education, and living self-determined goals. As a career mother and the wife of the Bishop of National Assemble Church of Nigeria, Mrs. Ottong has been presented with several awards and commendations for her dedication in the community and church. She has also been honored for her special contributions towards the Olurin Foundation (her sister Mercy Olurin's NGO) in Nigeria dedicated towards the development and empowerment of widows.
In her leisure time, Mrs. Ottong enjoys cooking, listening to music, photography and is an avid traveler.
