An acclaimed legal professional, Mr. Hoffa serves as an attorney with the Law Office of Campana, Hoffa & Morrone, P.C., with which he specializes in criminal defense, equine law and civil litigation. Mr. Hoffa began his legal career as an associated with Nino V. Tinari during the early and mid-1980s. Prior to his current position, he excelled in private practice between 1987 and 2012. Over the years he has appeared in a number of federal courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware as well as in the Southern District of Illinois. Although his career has been filled with highlights, Mr. Hoffa is especially proud of his beginnings working in criminal defense.
An expert in the field, Mr. Hoffa earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Washington & Jefferson College in 1979. Subsequently, he obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Delaware Law School in 1982. That same year, Mr. Hoffa was admitted to practice through the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, as well as the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Hoffa was affiliated with the Federal Defenders Criminal Justice Panel for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania prior to his relocation to the Middle District of Pennsylvania where he is now associated with that criminal justice panel. He is also a member of the American College of Equine Practitioners. Devoted to his community, he has contributed to those in need through the North Penn legal Services Pro Bono Program since 2005. Due to his outstanding work in the field, he was honored as one of Pennsylvania's 10 Best Criminal Law Attorneys for Client Satisfaction in 2017 and 2020.
