She began her career as a Multisystemic Therapy (MST) clinical director of SCO Family Services in 2007, holding the position until 2011. She then served as bilingual psychotherapist at the Western Queens Consultation Center from 2006 to 2014. She now works as a bilingual psychotherapist in private practice, and as an MST expert for Evidence Based Services, Inc.
Specializing in substance abuse, trauma treatment, family therapy, clinical supervision and evidence-based treatment for adolescents, Ms. Fazzolari-Napoli oversees several organizations aimed at implementing Multisystemic Therapy. She also reviews treatment plans and provides weekly quality assurance feedback to ensure that the MST model is being followed with fidelity. Furthermore, she provides on-site training at her organizations every three months on clinical topics of need. In her private practice, Ms. Fazzolari-Napoli meets with individuals and families for traditional therapy and/or hypnotherapy sessions.
Throughout her career, Ms. Fazzolari-Napoli has been proudest of the positive outcomes she has witnessed using the MST model. She has attributed her professional success to several mentors from whom she has learned over the years. She maintains professional affiliation with the National Association for Social Workers, the National Board for Certified Hypnotherapists, and the International Association for Trauma Professionals.
