During the early years of her career, Ms. Liu achieved more than 150 percent of sales goals every month with Cardservice and was recognized as the #1 performer in Washington State with Wells Fargo.
Ms. Liu began her notable career after immigrating to the United States in 1999. She initially served as a cashier with Banana Republic and gained much attention for her ability to get customers to open credit cards with the company. After a banker asked her to come in to interview for a position, Ms. Liu subsequently flourished as a small business banker.
Before embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Liu earned a Bachelor of Arts in English literature from the University of TamKang in 1998 and a Master of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Tampa in 2001. In the ensuing years, she also obtained a graduate degree in banking at the Pacific Coast Banking School, from which she also received a certificate in enhancing leadership and organizational effectiveness. Outside of her primary responsibilities, she has dedicated her time and resources to her community as the founder of the Seattle chapter of the Asian KeyBank Business Networking Group, as well as a member of the Asian Counseling & Referral Service and Women Business Owners.
